Scope of work
- Provide one armed security officer on site Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Designate a project manager to oversee all assigned armed security officers
- Conduct hourly periodic patrols of interior and exterior facility areas and parking lots
- Station primary post at the main facility entrance for security presence
- Assist in managing difficult or disorderly persons and remove them when appropriate
- Summon assistance from law enforcement and emergency services using contractor-provided operational cell phone
- Inspect and report worn or improperly functioning doors, locks, and security equipment
- Assist and direct clients and employees during onsite emergencies or building evacuations
Minimum qualifications
