Fence Replacement Service

The County of Los Angeles Fire Department seeks a contractor to fabricate and install approximately 350 linear feet of wrought iron security fencing along the existing perimeter block walls at Fire Station 127 in Carson, CA. The scope includes field verification, demolition, material removal, fence fabrication, field adjustments, surface priming, semi-gloss black painting, and providing a portable restroom and wash facility. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and parts to increase the perimeter wall barrier height to approximately eight feet, and offer a one-year material and labor warranty. Eligible bidders are US-based organizations holding an active C-13, C-61/D-28, or B-General Building Contractor license registered in California, as well as registration with the Department of Industrial Relations for prevailing wage compliance. Bidders must submit detailed product literature and indicate any exceptions or "AS SPECIFIED" on the provided specification form. All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026, and a pre-bid job walk takes place on the same date.
