Grant Writing Assistance Services

The Northern California Power Agency requires consultant services for grant writing assistance in Roseville, CA. The selected consultant must provide funding needs analysis, grant funding research, grant proposal development, grant proposal consultation, monthly reports, and ad hoc reports.
