IT Strategic and Master Plan Creation Service

The City of Simi Valley is seeking a consultant to develop an IT Strategic and Master Plan to align technology initiatives, software, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies with agency goals. The scope requires assessing current technology, applications, staffing, budget, and project management practices, as well as providing governance recommendations and a multi-year implementation roadmap. Eligible applicants are limited to US organizations, and the contract term is one year. Proposers must submit sealed proposals to the City Clerk's Office by 3:00 P.M. on November 19, 2026.
