Engineering Services

The Township of Franklin in Somerset, NJ requires a multi-disciplinary engineering firm to provide engineering services for its general operations and render assistance as needed. Scope includes reviewing capital projects and preparing bid specifications or applicable procurement documents. Applicants must be United States organizations licensed to provide engineering services in New Jersey for at least five years, have a Certified Municipal Engineer, and possess experience with New Jersey municipality projects, municipal capital and public works projects, government regulations, and Geographical Information Systems. Bidders must submit one original, three printed copies, and a digital copy on a flash drive to the Purchasing Department by December 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, reputation, knowledge of the Township and its operations, availability for required meetings, and overall advantage to the Township.
