Jefferson County, Missouri needs a vendor to provide health care services for its jail based on an average daily population (ADP) of 240, including weekly on-site physician visits and 24/7 on-call availability. The provider must supply a compensation or credit rate for when the ADP deviates from 240, and the work will be performed offsite in Hillsboro, MO. Eligible USA-based vendors must maintain required liability and worker's compensation insurance policies, each carrying at least $1,000,000.00 in coverage. To apply, vendors must submit three complete copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope to the Department of the County Clerk by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Applicants must include a current certificate of insurance or binder with their submission. The initial contract term is for one year, beginning upon County approval, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
