Beyond Trust Renewal Services

The Maryland Department of Information Technology requires BeyondTrust yearly renewal services, specifically COTS software licenses including SIEM Integration ESS, Remote Support Concurrent User Renewal Maintenance, ServiceNow Enterprise Integration for Remote Support Renewal Services, and BeyondTrust App B Series VM Renewal Maintenance. The vendor must provide new, virus-free software, an estimated lead time for each item, a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, and all applicable license or user agreements. Only Master Contractors awarded a contract under the COTS 2012 Master Contract (BPO # 060B2490021) who are authorized BeyondTrust resellers located onshore in the USA are eligible to bid. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage system by October 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, and pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days. Questions must be emailed to the Procurement Officer by October 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. The agency will evaluate proposals based on conformance with the scope of work, price, and delivery schedule to recommend an award to the most advantageous bidder.
