Pavement Marking and Signage Installation Services

The City of Everett seeks a vendor to provide pavement marking and traffic signage installation services under procurement project NO. PLD-27-26. The required scope includes installing neighborway, directional, no parking, bicycle, safety zone, and 20 MPH speed limit signs, alongside various pavement markings such as stop lines, crosswalks, double yellow centerlines, clear corner markings, neighborway symbols, and bicycle lane symbols with high-friction green surfaces. Eligible onshore USA-only vendors must perform the work onsite. Applicants can submit responses digitally via email, online, or physically to Everett City Hall, Purchasing Department, 484 Broadway, Room 6, Everett, MA 02149 by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Bidders must include a proposal budget and acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 01 with their submission. If the awarded contract value exceeds $25,000, the city requires a 50% payment bond at contract execution.
