Natural Gas Firm Delivery Service

The Georgia Department of Administrative Services, State Purchasing Division, seeks qualified suppliers to establish one or more statewide contracts for natural gas firm delivery services. The selected suppliers must provide natural gas commodity supply, secure interstate pipeline transportation capacity, deliver gas to the Gas Light distribution system, manage supply obligations for participating Authorized Users, handle daily or periodic pipeline nominations, coordinate with pipeline operators, and manage load balancing. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations, and vendors will perform work offsite at their own office premises. Bidders must submit their proposals, including cost and technical proposals, electronically through the Sourcing Tool while adhering to the specifications and submitting required forms such as the Immigration and Security Form. The buyer evaluates proposals based on submitted cost and technical proposals, and exceptions to contract terms must be uploaded as red-line markups for review.
