Background Investigation Services

The New York State Gaming Commission seeks a vendor to provide background investigation services for business and individual applicants. Required services include database searches, public record analysis, business credit reports, personal tax return reviews for financial stability, and current credit report evaluations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and performance of the work will be offsite. Questions must be submitted via email to [email protected] by October 22, 2026, at 3:00 pm ET. Submissions can be sent digitally via email or online, and must contain two separate volumes: Volume I - Technical Proposal and Volume II - Pricing Proposal. The Technical Proposal must include a signed transmittal letter that remains valid for at least 180 days, required disclosures, references, and a completed document submittal checklist.
