Judiciary Civil Legal Services

The New York State Unified Court System seeks legal services organizations to enhance civil justice administration for low-income individuals. Selected vendors will provide statewide civil legal assistance through attorney staff, pro-bono referrals, supervised non-attorney staff, or law students to offer legal representation, advice, training for pro se litigants, and alternative dispute resolution. Only United States organizations are eligible to apply, and performance will take place offsite. Applicants must submit questions by October 23, 2026, and digital proposals can be submitted by email or online. Responses require a Vendor Assurance and Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure submitted in one bound assembled volume along with a completed Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire. The resulting contract term will be four years.
