Special Counsel Hearing Officer Services

The City of Camden, NJ requires a vendor to provide special counsel hearing officer services for various civil disputes, including tax lien impositions, license actions, and disciplinary matters. The selected vendor must prepare detailed findings of fact and conclusions of law, render fair and impartial decisions, perform legal research, attend Governing Body meetings upon request, and provide guidance and recommendations to the City Attorney. Eligibility is limited to USA-based organizations, and candidates must possess extensive civil trial experience. The vendor will perform work either onsite or offsite under the direction of the City Attorney, and applicants must submit a proposal outlining their budget.
