Electronic Sourcing (E-Sourcing) Solution

The buyer requires a comprehensive, secure electronic sourcing (e-sourcing) solution to support procurement operations across its colleges and administrative units. The solution must manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including solicitation creation, supplier management, electronic bid submissions, evaluation, award workflows, audit trails, and supplier diversity tracking. It must also feature role-based access controls, flexible sequential and parallel workflow routing, public anonymous Q&A posting, and commodity code assignment. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Interested vendors must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is seeking proposal pricing to establish the budget. All vendor questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. The resulting contract term will last for three years.
