Video Production Services

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District requires a vendor to provide video production services to inform and educate internal and external audiences. The requested scope includes producing videos ranging from 10 seconds to 60 minutes for television, websites, social media, stadium video boards, and digital signage. Additional deliverables involve live streaming public events, creating 360-degree videos and 3D virtual facility tours, and providing scheduled, standby, or on-call on-site shooting and editing services. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA-only vendors. Proposals must be submitted physically to the Purchasing Division in St. Louis, Missouri, or electronically via the MSD Planroom website by 10:00 AM on November 23, 2026. Bids may be awarded as a whole or split among multiple vendors based on the total cost to the District, specifications, administrative costs, and reference evaluations. Prior to receiving a Notice to Proceed, the selected vendor must submit an approved insurance certificate, performance and payment bond, and MWBE verification letters.
