Auditing Services

The buyer seeks an independent certified public accounting firm to perform offsite auditing services for a New Jersey government authority. The selected firm must directly employ professional personnel to audit the Corporation's comprehensive annual financial statements, potentially conduct a Single Audit, and provide management and governance letters for three calendar years covering 2026 through 2028. Only onshore USA organizations that are certified public accounting firms with valid licenses, appropriate continuing professional education, and experience within the last ten years auditing revenues are eligible. The contract term covers three calendar years starting January 1, 2026, with an option for the Corporation to extend for an additional two calendar years through December 31, 2030. Proposers must submit technical details, staff resumes, proof of licenses, peer review copies, confirmation of independence standards, and a cost proposal containing a proposed fee structure for each of the three years plus the optional two years. All questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
