General Health and Insurance Broker Services

The South Jersey Port Corporation needs a General Legal Counsel to provide legal representation, advise the Board of Directors and CEO, prepare legal instruments, and handle litigation, trials, and administrative matters. The appointed counsel or firm must attend board meetings, maintain records, and give rulings on legal questions arising during meetings or as requested by the Executive Director and CEO or board majority. Eligible applicants are restricted to USA onshore organizations and individual attorneys-at-law of New Jersey or New Jersey attorney firms. Appointed counsel will execute a written contract for a term of two years, performing the required work offsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 03, 2026, and submit a proposal detailing their compensation.
