Insurance Broker and Risk Management Consulting Services

Chesterfield County, Virginia seeks an onshore USA organization to provide offsite insurance broker and risk management consulting services. The selected vendor will design and implement an insurance program to protect County assets, serve as a resource for coverage negotiations and contract risk issues, conduct annual claim administration audits, monitor market conditions, maintain earned premium and loss databases, and provide loss control and safety advice. Prospective offerors must submit a signed cover sheet and incorporate all applicable business licenses, permits, fees, and travel costs into their proposals. Evaluation criteria focus on the offeror's overall capacity to perform the services and the qualifications and relevant experience of the proposed personnel.
