Janitorial Services

The Kansas Department of Revenue requires a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Manhattan DLEX location. The scope of work includes mopping and sweeping floors, maintaining floor gloss and color, removing black marks and build-up, vacuuming all carpeted areas, sanitizing sinks, and daily refilling of tissue, towel, soap, feminine hygiene, air freshener, and hand sanitizer dispensers. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and vendors must complete mandatory registration with the State of Kansas prior to the bid closing date. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST, and submit all questions by November 3, 2026. Proposals must contain separate technical and cost files and be submitted via email to [email protected] or by courier to the Office of Procurement and Contracts in Topeka, KS by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2032, and awards will be made by line item or group total in the state's best interest.
