Energy Conservation Consultant Service

Atlanta Public Schools seeks an energy conservation consultant service to reduce energy consumption, peak energy demands, maintenance, and operational costs while upgrading inefficient systems. The provider must maintain occupant comfort, engage students in energy curriculum programs, offer employee maintenance training, and minimize financial and technical risks through funding provided by guaranteed operating cost reductions. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, with performance taking place offsite. Applicants must submit a signed Solicitation Acknowledgment Form, Offeror Inclusion Form, Promise of Non-Discrimination, and notarized E-Verify compliance or exception affidavits. Joint ventures must provide business licenses, joint venture agreements, financial control details, and business qualifications. Responses must be submitted digitally via Bonfire or email, and late submissions will not be accepted. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by October 28, 2026.
