Enterprise Data Platform

Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) requires a cloud-native, 24x7x365 Enterprise Data Platform delivered as a Software-as-a-Service or vendor-managed service. The offsite platform must ingest, store, index, and analyze geospatial and non-spatial enterprise data within a governed environment while featuring dynamic data masking, an enterprise metadata catalog, end-to-end lineage, and parallel ingestion pipelines. It must also integrate with USAC's Okta identity provider, support FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography, generate immutable audit logs, and provide native capabilities against PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MariaDB sources without heavy custom development. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Questions must be submitted via email to [email protected] by October 20, 2026, and final proposals are due by November 23, 2026. The contract term is for one year, and USAC is seeking budget proposals from vendors.
