City Court Building Program of Space, Space Plan, and Conceptual Design Services

The City of Buffalo seeks a vendor to deliver a program of space, space plan, and conceptual design services for the city court building. The selected vendor must review existing documentation, engage stakeholders, prepare a comprehensive program of spaces, develop adjacency diagrams, create renovation strategies with cost estimates, and produce a final design report. Work must be performed onsite in Buffalo, New York, and eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online, and must provide a proposal for the budget. Interested consultants may register by emailing Vince Dugo to attend an optional onsite meeting on September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Applicants must direct all written requests for additional information or clarification to [email protected] by October 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The City will issue responses by addendum on or before October 6, 2026, and reserves the right to expand the contract scope to include further design and construction consulting services.
