Software Quality Assurance Managed Services

The Indiana Public Retirement System needs a vendor to provide offsite software quality assurance managed services. Required services include application requirements and design, test preparation, test data management, automated test execution, system and integration testing, regression/parallel testing, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and account management. The solution must achieve nearly 100% accuracy in identifying software bugs prior to production deployment and catch those bugs during systems integration testing. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible to bid. Respondents must submit all inquiries by 3:00 PM EDT on October 26, 2026, an intent to bid by 3:00 PM EST on November 2, 2026, and the final response digitally via email or online by 3:00 PM EST on November 30, 2026. Applicants must submit a business proposal, complete required forms including Appendix C Pricing Form, Appendix E Confirmation Document, Appendix F Staffing Forecast Matrix, Appendix G Intent to Bid Form, W-9, and detail any proposed contract changes or exceptions.
