Age Strong Transportation Program Consultant Service

The City of Boston Age Strong Commission requires an experienced transportation consultant to evaluate its transportation program's current state and create an actionable plan to modernize and integrate different services into a cohesive offering. The selected consultant will provide an actionable plan containing near-term improvements requiring modest investments, long-term strategic recommendations, and solutions to remove operational bottlenecks. Eligible USA onshore organizations must submit proposals by November 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET via the City of Boston Supplier Portal. Applicants can attend an optional virtual pre-proposal Q&A conference call on October 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET, and email questions using RFP number EV00018018. Proposals must remain valid for 180 days, and applicants must submit the completed CM-16 Wage Theft form with their proposal while agreeing to various city contract terms, wage ordinances, and strict insurance coverages.
