Learning Management System Accessibility Checker Software

Trident Technical College requires a learning management system accessibility checker software to identify, review, and remediate accessibility issues across diverse instructional course content. The software must provide students with alternative access formats such as audio, ePub, HTML, and tagged PDF, while giving instructors real-time or near real-time feedback during content uploads. Performance of the work will be offsite, and offerors must ensure sufficient inbound and outbound bandwidth during peak application times. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Offerors must submit one electronic copy of their proposal, along with a signed solicitation form, online through the Bonfire portal by November 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Questions must be submitted by October 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST, and a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will take place via Webex on October 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Contract pricing must remain fixed during the initial term, with adjustments permitted only for subsequent renewal terms subject to procurement officer approval.
