Youth Engagement and Participation Strategy Development Service

The Municipality requires a consultant to develop a youth engagement and participation strategy and implementation plan. The successful consultant will assess current opportunities, identify community needs and barriers, maximize existing facilities, engage local stakeholders, conduct a needs assessment, and present a validated draft strategy to the Municipality using methods like focus groups, surveys, workshops, and interviews. Only Canadian organizations located onshore are eligible to apply, and performance of the work will take place offsite. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the buyer is actively seeking proposals to determine the budget.
