Cimplicity Software Upgrade

Resource Renew (Western Lake Superior Sanitary District) is soliciting proposals for RFP #1519 to engage a system integrator to assess, design, implement, test, document, and support upgrading its existing GE CIMPLICITY environment from version 11.1 to the final production release of CIMPLICITY 2026. The scope requires upgrading the architecture using a manufacturer-supported migration path while preserving interfaces, screens, alarms, controls, and third-party integrations, maintaining continuous wastewater operations, and providing training, as-built documentation, and a minimum 30-calendar-day post-cutover stabilization period. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Performance of the work will be offsite. Proposals must be submitted electronically as a single searchable PDF to [email protected] or by mail to Bryce Radig in Duluth, MN, by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, November 20, 2026. Written technical questions must be emailed to Grant Brown by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on October 23, 2026. Submittals must include a detailed Statement of Work and pricing formatted as a time-and-materials, not-to-exceed price with a task-level breakdown of labor categories, hours, rates, materials, travel, software, and total costs, with prices remaining valid for 60 days after the due date.
