Real Property Services

The Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District seeks proposals for as-needed real property services under an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract. The selected contractor must perform research, consultation, due diligence, title reviews, zoning checks, appraisals, environmental reviews, acquisition package preparation, owner negotiations, legal contract coordination, and administrative recordkeeping. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. An agency evaluation committee will score responsive submittals based on qualifications and technical commitments, recommending an award to the highest-scoring proposer.
