Comprehensive Statewide Historic Preservation Plan Services

The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Historic Resources seeks proposals for comprehensive statewide historic preservation plan services. The selected contractor must assess state historic preservation, engage communities, establish measurable goals, and produce a plan satisfying state and federal planning requirements.
