Forensic Photographer Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide offsite forensic photographer services. The requested scope includes photographing and video recording entire or specific scene areas, photographing or video recording scenes for other agencies, and providing hard copies or digital files to other agencies. Additionally, the vendor must document dates, times, and chain of custody details for all transferred files, as well as download, process, and archive video footage from surveillance cameras and digital video recording equipment. All captured media becomes the property of the buyer. Eligible applicants are limited to USA-based onshore organizations. Interested vendors must submit digital responses via email or online for a three-year contract term, and the buyer is currently seeking budget proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 17, 2026.
