Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution

The University of Saskatchewan (USask) requires an implementation partner to provide a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The selected vendor must deliver offsite services that optimize organizational structures, consolidate systems, enable integrated administrative workflows, and provide customer-centric processes to improve trusted data access and decision-making. Eligible vendors are restricted to onshore Canadian organizations. Proponents can submit proposals digitally via email or online, and USask is accepting budget proposals. Interested vendors must attend a pre-proposal conference on October 27, 2026, and submit all questions by November 9, 2026. Applicants must complete all mandatory, unedited Submittal Forms—including Form A signed by an authorized ERP supplier representative—and answer "Yes" to every mandatory requirement in Form B. USask evaluates proposals in two stages, initially scoring mandatory requirements, approach and deliverables, organizational experience, and cost, followed by presentations and key personnel interviews for shortlisted vendors.
