Grant Administration Services

The City of LaFayette, Georgia, seeks qualified firms to provide offsite, on-call grant administration and project management services. The selected consultant will support the City across the full grant lifecycle for municipal priority areas such as infrastructure, public safety, parks, housing, and utilities. Services include strategic research, application development, post-award management, regulatory compliance, reimbursement support, and operational execution under task-order-based agreements. Eligibility is limited to USA organizations that are not suspended or debarred in SAM.gov and do not have unaddressed conflicts of interest. Interested offerors must submit three sealed hard copies and one digital PDF copy on a USB drive to the Office of the City Manager by October 19, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Written questions must be emailed to [email protected] by September 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Proposals require a transmittal letter, local government grant experience, key personnel resumes, three relevant case studies, a fully burdened hourly rate schedule, and signed required certifications. The City evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale based on disclosed factors and price. The contract term lasts three years, with options to extend up to a maximum cumulative term of five years. Offerors must provide their own cost proposals.
