Cloud-Based Point of Sale Software and Implementation Services

The City of Waco seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based point of sale software solution and comprehensive implementation services. The required scope includes project management, system configuration, data conversion, integration and report development, testing, training, go-live support, and ongoing hosting, security, and maintenance performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. Proposers may submit responses electronically via EUNA / Bonfire or deliver them by mail or drop off to the Purchasing Services Office by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CT. A pre-bid meeting occurs via Zoom on October 22, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by October 26, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. CT. Submissions must include a maximum two-page executive summary, a completed proposer questionnaire, vendor pricing, and required city compliance forms. Proposals will undergo multi-round evaluations assessing vendor background, requirements compliance, data flows, staffing, timelines, division of responsibility, total cost, and subsequent vendor demonstrations or reference checks.
