Website Modernization, Consolidation and Hosting Software Solution Using CMS

The City seeks a vendor to provide a website modernization, consolidation, and hosting software solution using a content management system. The requested scope includes an efficient content management system for staff, centralized governance, persona-tailored architecture, centralized service access for residents, multi-language translation, and emergency alert capabilities. Eligible applicants are onshore vendors restricted to USA organizations only. All work will be performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 29, 2026. The City is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
