Custom Display Case Fabrication and Installation Service

Anne Arundel Community College is soliciting proposals from qualified onshore USA contractors for Project No. C2027-15-P to fabricate, furnish, and install a custom recessed display case system in the Henry L. Dragun Science Building on the Arnold Campus. The scope includes field verification of dimensions, shop drawings, offsite fabrication, frameless glass doors, glass shelving, integrated LED lighting, hardware, finishes, delivery, installation, adjustment, and all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and permits. A pre-proposal Microsoft Teams meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET. Proposals must be digitally signed and submitted by email to Heidi Frist at [email protected] by 11:00 a.m. ET on November 18, 2026. Submissions must include acknowledged addenda, a conflict of interest statement, a participation in procurement statement, a proposal affidavit, a signed site safety requirements acknowledgment, and proof of insurance. Proposals will be evaluated on responsiveness, qualifications, experience, proposed approach, pricing, and potential interviews, reference checks, or financial reviews to determine best value. Award will not be based solely on price.
