Brownfields Assessment Coalition Grant Implementation Service

The Southeastern Arizona Governments Organization seeks qualified onshore environmental consulting firms to implement a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Assessment Coalition Grant in Bisbee, Arizona. The selected firm will handle project management, maintain a brownfield inventory, prioritize sites, perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments adhering to EPA All Appropriate Inquiry requirements, and conduct community outreach. Applicants must demonstrate experience implementing EPA Brownfields grants, preparing environmental assessments, and coordinating with federal agencies.
