Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan Services

The City of Rocky Mount, North Carolina needs a vendor to assist its housing and community development staff with creating the 2027-2029 Consolidated Plan and 2027 Annual Action Plan. The requested scope includes data collection, research, and analysis of local demographic, economic, and housing conditions, as well as reviewing past and current Community Development programs. The selected vendor must also manage goal development, conduct strategic planning, and plan and coordinate all associated public meetings, public hearings, and community outreach. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. Vendors can submit proposals digitally via email or online for a contract period of one year.
