State Lobbying Services

The Anchorage School District seeks proposals from qualified onshore U.S. persons or firms to provide offsite state lobbying services. The selected contractor must represent the district before the Alaska state legislature, governor’s office, and state agencies, while monitoring legislation, advising on policy developments, attending proceedings, and coordinating with stakeholders over a two-year contract term. Interested offerors must submit written questions by October 21, 2026. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the district’s purchasing department in Anchorage, Alaska, prior to 2:00 p.m. local time on November 4, 2026, as faxed or electronic submissions are not accepted. An evaluation committee composed of School Board members will score proposals based on technical evaluation criteria and cost proposals submitted via the required transmittal and fixed fee forms.
