Commercial Advertising Concession Service

The Massachusetts Port Authority seeks proposals from established business entities to manage, market, sell, install, operate, and maintain a commercial advertising concession service. The selected entity will receive the non-exclusive right to develop and activate advertising programs, sponsorships, sample distributions, and experiential marketing across indoor and outdoor locations at Boston Logan International Airport and Worcester Regional Airport. Eligible offerors are restricted to USA-based onshore organizations with demonstrated expertise in commercial advertising management. Interested parties may attend a pre-bid meeting and site tour on October 29, 2026, and must submit all questions by November 10, 2026. Proposers must submit their responses digitally via email or online, including required forms, pro formas, and specific inventory matrices. The Authority will evaluate proposals on inventory plans, sponsorship approaches, and the ability to administer reporting systems. The selected entity must maintain comprehensive automobile liability insurance of at least $2,000,000, submit monthly certified statements by the tenth day of each month, and report participation from Impacted Community Business Enterprises.
