IT Desk Services

The University of Illinois Chicago requires offsite IT desk services for UI Health under RFP# EWM199. The selected vendor must provide Level 1 service desk operations, including intake, documentation, categorization, prioritization, troubleshooting, and resolution. Scope requirements encompass omni-channel support capabilities, integrated communication platforms, AI-assisted support functions, operational analytics, continuous service improvement, and seamless integration with UI Health's ServiceNow instance and service taxonomy. Eligible bidders must be USA onshore organizations and legal entities authorized to transact business in Illinois prior to contract execution. Bidders must also hold a current Illinois Department of Human Rights Bidder Eligibility Number and register with the Illinois State Board of Elections. Interested vendors must attend a Pre-Submission Conference on October 22, 2026, submit all questions by November 12, 2026, and deliver proposals by December 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST.
