Network Hardware E-Rate Service

The government authority in Chula Vista, CA needs a contractor to provide Network Hardware E-Rate Year 2027/2028 service. The requested scope includes replacing end-of-life layer 2 and layer 3 switches, upgrading uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and extended battery modules (EBM) units, and providing parts and licensing to support school operations. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit documentation proving they are an approved Cisco reseller or an approved reseller for an approved equivalent manufacturer, along with a signed transmittal letter containing contact information. Applicants must submit all questions no later than November 6, 2026. The work will be performed offsite, and the buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget.
