RFI for Digital Evidence Management System

The Iowa Department of Management, on behalf of the Iowa Department of Public Safety, is issuing this Request for Information to research Digital Evidence Management System platforms and implementation approaches. The buyer needs solutions capable of supporting centralized digital evidence intake, storage, management, sharing, retention, legal hold, immutable audit trails, and chain-of-custody controls across the agency. If a suitable solution is identified, the agency will initiate a procurement to evaluate the market, solution capabilities, security compliance, integration options, and preliminary cost ranges.
