Community Legal Services needs a qualified vendor to conduct Phase I of a multi-phase technology, systems, and processes assessment to evaluate its current software infrastructure, streamline workflows, and prepare for a larger 2027 global assessment. The requested scope includes software cataloging, integration mapping, cursory process mapping, stakeholder identification, gap analysis, challenge identification, and Phase II scoping. The required deliverable is an Assessment Report and Recommendation Plan due by the project completion date of December 18, 2026. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to apply, and performance of the offsite work highly prefers vendors with experience in NetSuite, LegalServer, Office365, or Virtuous. Proposals are evaluated based on vendor credentials, project plan, and cost rather than automatically selecting the lowest bid. The contract term runs from November 2, 2026, to December 18, 2026, with a total budget of up to $40,000.
