The City of Rowlett, Texas is soliciting applications (RFA# 2027-02-A) for depository bank services. The selected institution must manage the City's Short-Term and Long-Term Portfolios, support cash flow matched investment liquidity for operating and debt service funds, and maintain a core fund structure that minimizes market value volatility during economic cycles. Required services include an online banking portal, collections, fraud protection, safekeeping of city-owned securities, and compliance with Texas collateral requirements. Fees offered in the accepted application will remain fixed for the entire contract term and any extensions.
