Four Rivers Sanitation Authority seeks a qualified insurance brokerage firm to develop, market, and establish a comprehensive risk management and insurance program for its Rockford, Illinois location. The selected broker will provide professional services to cover property, auto, liability, crime, cyber, workers’ compensation, and other necessary coverages over a five-year contract term. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit an Illinois Department of Human Rights Registration Number on the proposal due date. All questions must be submitted by November 23, 2026. Bidders must submit three hard copies and one flash drive copy of the proposal to the Graceffa Administration offices by 4:00 p.m. on November 30, 2026; submissions via fax or email will be rejected. Proposals will be evaluated on firm experience, staff qualifications, and annual cost reasonableness, with the award going to the responsive, responsible offeror presenting the best overall value. Budget proposals are requested.
