Roofing Consultant Services

The City of Plano is issuing this Request for Qualifications to secure professional engineering services for roofing consulting to support the evaluation, maintenance, repair, restoration, and replacement of its roofing systems. The selected vendor will perform onsite services in Plano, Texas, including roof condition assessments, leak investigations, diagnostic testing, component evaluations, and repair recommendations. Onshore US organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. Vendors must submit all questions electronically through IonWave at planotx.ionwave.net by November 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, and an optional pre-bid meeting will occur on November 4, 2026. Applicants must submit their proposals by December 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, preferably electronically through IonWave or via in-person delivery in a sealed envelope. Submissions must include the required Proposal Response attachment outlining response format details, while administrative forms may be provided at submittal or during contract development.
