Managed Security Operations Center Services

The government authority in Adelphi, MD requires a managed security operations center (SOC) vendor to deliver specialized cybersecurity expertise and continuous 24x7 monitoring and response services. The scope of work encompasses 24x7x365 monitoring and analysis of security events using approved platforms, making qualified cybersecurity personnel available upon request, improving the incident response program, optimizing SIEM platform use cases and policies, and coordinating incident detection, triage, escalation, containment, and response. Performance will occur onsite or offsite over a three-year contract period. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Contractors may not submit more than one proposal or present alternate solutions, and they must clearly identify any subcontractors. Interested vendors must attend a pre-proposal conference on October 29, 2026, and submit all questions no later than November 02, 2026. Applicants must submit a written acknowledgment of all issued addenda within their proposal and must include an Affidavit of Agreement if the living wage requirement applies. The buyer is seeking proposals and will issue an award to the selected contractor, reserving the right to accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part.
