FortiFlex and FortiIdentity Subscription Renewal Service

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is issuing Invitation for Bids BPM059172 to procure a FortiFlex and FortiIdentity subscription renewal service. The requested scope includes a three-year FortiFlex prepaid program license, a 10,000 FortiPoints package license, and a three-year annual, per-user cloud-managed FortiIdentity subscription. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and entities listed on the government-wide SAM exclusions are ineligible. Bidders must agree to the contract terms and complete Attachment D Bid Form with fully loaded, firm fixed prices for all items. Performance of work will occur offsite. Bids must be submitted via eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on November 30, 2026. A virtual pre-bid conference requires registration and will take place on November 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Bidders applying for awards exceeding $100,000 must file a Certification Against Lobbying and disclose relevant lobbying activities using Form LLL.
