Annual Consultant Services

The City of Swainsboro, Georgia seeks Statements of Qualifications from US-based consultants to provide on-call annual consultant services. The required scope includes civil and infrastructure work focused on water and sewer collection lines, water and wastewater treatment plant resources, environmental engineering for groundwater wells, transportation and highway engineering focusing on GA DOT right of way easements, land surveying for flood plains and wetlands, and assistance with grant writing and researching external funding. The evaluation team will review, evaluate, and rank respondents to select the most qualified firm for an interview. Applicants must submit a sample Certificate of Insurance, a Form W-9, a SAVE Affidavit, and an E-Verify Consultant’s Affidavit of Employment Eligibility with their submission. The resulting renewable agreement will utilize task orders issued by the city for general and specific tasks.
