In-Community Mental Health Services for the First Circuit Girls Court Program

The Judiciary, State of Hawaii is seeking proposals for in-community supportive mental health services for female adolescents in the Girls Court Program in the First Circuit. The requested scope includes a multidisciplinary team approach delivering individual and family therapy or counseling, parent group sessions, girls group sessions, Girls Court activities, and consultation. The services target female adolescents exhibiting high rates of mental health problems, co-occurring disorders, trauma, abuse, depression, self-mutilation, substance abuse, and family conflicts.
