Adult Substance Abuse Treatment Services for Female Court-Ordered Offenders

The government authority in Honolulu, Hawaii requires a vendor to provide adult substance abuse treatment services for female offenders ordered or directed by the court to obtain treatment. The vendor will deliver a continuum of care that includes substance abuse assessments, education, pre-treatment services, outpatient, intensive outpatient, day, residential, continuing care, and therapeutic living program modalities.
